Delivered across a tight 31-day programme, this major corner store in one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping centres included a complete defit of the existing tenancy back to bare shell, followed by a full rebuild.⁠

One of the key challenges was extensive floor levelling to create a perfectly even base before the new store could take shape, with every detail carefully resolved along the way.⁠
