Pro-Fit Projects delivered the fit-out of Telstra’s first-of-its-kind Lab Store, located within the Telstra headquarters in Melbourne’s CBD. Designed as a concept space, the project was developed to trial and refine a new retail environment ahead of a national rollout.

This innovative retail fit-out combines advanced materials and immersive design elements to create a highly functional and experiential space. Key features include integrated colour-changing lighting systems, terrazzo flooring, textured rendered finishes, and custom upholstered elements, all working together to enhance both the customer journey and spatial flexibility.

The layout was carefully constructed to support testing and adaptability, allowing Telstra to evolve the retail experience in real time. Each element of the build was executed with precision, ensuring the space met both operational requirements and high-end design standards.
